1. Service Description

Alfred is an AI-powered system developed and operated by VierbyteLabs LLP that assists businesses in discovering potential clients, generating sales intelligence, and automating outreach workflows.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and agree to use Alfred only for lawful business purposes in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Alfred to send unlawful spam, scrape restricted data, impersonate entities, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.

4. Self-Hosted Deployments

For self-hosted installations, all operational data remains on the client’s infrastructure unless explicit support access is granted.

5. AI Disclaimer

Alfred uses artificial intelligence to generate insights and communication drafts. Outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use.

6. Payments

Setup or subscription fees, where applicable, are agreed separately and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

Alfred and all associated software remain the intellectual property of VierbyteLabs LLP. Clients receive a usage license only.

8. Limitation of Liability

VierbyteLabs LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Alfred.

9. Termination

Access may be suspended if these terms are violated or unlawful activity is detected.
